I’m Taylor Meadow Sun ✺

I am a photographer, artist, wild-child creative creature on the forever journey of self-discovery and freedom through expression.

I have been a photographer since 2016, when I picked up a camera seeking a new creative path for myself. Photography has since become a space for healing, creativity, and deep joy - for myself as much as for the beautiful humans I photograph.

For me, photography is always a ceremony.

I photograph my clients outdoors in nature to bring together the Earth, the Sky, and the sacred heart in the center of each person and couple I photograph.

Each photo is a prayer: for love, for truth, for healing. Every photo shoot is a journey that brings you deeper in touch with your wild, real, beautiful self.

If you’re looking for pretty posed pictures and a perfect tidy shoot, I am not the gal for you. But if you’re curious what it would be like for your essence to be witnessed, call me up. I’m in. Let’s wander off the beaten path together and make something authentically you.

And I’m in love!

I am married to a kind, magical, fierce, gentle woman who is the most conscious, thoughtful person I know. She brings the light and wonder of the Universe into my life every day! How did I get so lucky?!

Falling in love and consciously choosing this love every day has shaped me as an artist, healer and human.

My wife and I were married in July 2024 in the forests of the Olympic Peninsula. We live in Camas, WA, with our adorable rabbit Paloma in a cozy home full of art, popsicles, rainbows, and love.

Silly little things about me:

  • I love to write poetry and am slowly piecing together a poetry collection to publish.

  • I am a true Taurus homebody and I love cuddling up - they call me the Queen of Cozy

  • However, traveling fills me with inspiration and joy, and I try to travel as much as I can!

  • I’m interested in natural and holistic wellness, especially women’s health, wild pregnancy and birth, and the healing gifts of plants.

  • I love cabbage - for real, really love cabbage - and I have a favorite braised cabbage dish that is just delightful.

What else do I do with my days?

When I’m not taking pictures, I practice massage therapy and energy healing, psychospiritual mentoring, and therapeutic art and poetry workshops (find me here). I’m passionate about helping others shine through creative practices that engage the body, mind, and spirit.

I’m so grateful to do this work!
